    Focus: A 60-minute class without vinyasa's to find a sense of reviving the body. We will be holding our poses anywhere between 7 breathes to 3 minutes at a time to allow the body to really open up.

    Focus: Opening the heart to let new positive energy flow. Slow, mindful movement to reconnect the body and breath and free the mind.

    Restore the mind and body as you cultivate a sense of calm. Inviting in more calm as we let go of the excess weight of the world.

  • Recover to the present.

    Slow it down with a gentle flow peeling back layers of tension in the hips + hamstrings.
